| Citizen Arms Custom AR Rifles & Services |
Citizen Arms is a licensed manufacturer of firearms, specializing in full custom AR rifles and services by retired Army SOF sniper and freelance gun-writer Steve Adelmann: |
Citizen Arms custom rifles and carbines are built to exacting customer specifications and deliver downrange performance exceeding comparable off-the-shelf ARs. My custom guns are built from the ground up to be reliable, accurate and practical, and always one rifle at a time. All firearms are built from specially-selected components. I use stripped DPMS receivers (others available upon request), building outward from there using my own proven accurization techniques. No upper or lower receiver "kits" are used. Before any Citizen Arms product ever touches a customer's hands, I personally test fire it for reliability and accuracy, ensuring it meets my high expectations for both. All accuracy testing is performed from a prone/bipod supported position, using factory loads. No mechanical rests are used and all testing consists of multiple 5-round groups. Several test targets are shipped with each firearm, showing that specific gun's accuracy with multiple loads. A full break-in of the barrel is included in the test process. Factory ammunition recommendations based on the customer's intended use are provided with each gun. All rifles and carbines are evaluated using lessons learned from my own real-world experiences and built knowing that lives may depend on them. Whether you're looking for an AR for protection during societal breakdown, Law Enforcement/Duty use, home defense, predator control, competition or target shooting, I can build a rifle to meet your needs. I don't build "stock" rifles or carbines, but if you already have one that needs improvement, I'll upgrade or accurize it to meet your needs. |
| Important! Consult state and local laws before placing an order. Several states have wrongly classified these sporting arms as "Assault Weapons" and banned or restricted them based on features alone. In some cases, this type of firearm cannot be legally transferred without meeting certain physical feature requirements. If your state, county or local laws restrict AR possession, it may affect your ability to receive one. Contact your state or local authorities or a local FFL dealer to confirm legality in your area or contact Citizen Arms for assistance. All sales will be conducted via transfer through a current FFL dealer and must comply with federal, state and local laws |
