Custom AR Rifle Services
Citizen Arms is the custom firearms manufacturing side
of Rifleman Consulting, featuring a lineup of functional &
accurate custom AR rifles and the following services:










Custom orders are currently being accepted, however I build & test
one rifle at a time. My delivery schedule is accordingly slower than
mass-produced rifles. I currently have custom work booked through
the mid Fall, so projected delivery for new orders is late Fall.  

Citizen Arms custom rifles and carbines are more than just a list of features. In
addition to being built  to exacting customer specifications, they deliver downrange
performance that exceeds most off-the-shelf ARs. My custom guns are built from
the ground up to  be reliable, accurate and functional, one rifle at a time.  

All rifles and carbines are built from raw components to better influence function
and performance. I use stripped receivers from quality manufacturers as the
foundations, building outward from there using my own accurization techniques. No
upper or lower receiver "kits" are used. Before any Citizen Arms product ever
touches the customer's hands, I personally test fire it for reliability and accuracy;
meeting my high expectations for both. I apply  lessons from my own real-world
experiences to test and evaluate all firearms realistically. Each rifle is built knowing
that someone may stake their life on it and nothing leaves my shop until I know it
will perform as needed, when needed.

Whether you're looking for a sporting arm for hunting, home defense, predator
control, competition or target shooting, I can build an AR to meet most needs.
Though calibers other than .223 Rem/5.56 NATO and .308 Win are possible, parts
availability is touch and go. I don't build "stock" rifles and carbines, but if you have
a stock gun that needs improvement, I'll  upgrade or accurize it to meet your needs.




Once your request is received, I'll send you the interactive order form,  which allows
you to see sample components to help with option choices. Once the completed
form is returned and processed, you'll receive a price and time quote.
Important! Consult state and local laws before placing an order. Several states have
wrongly classified these sporting arms as "Assault Weapons" and banned or restricted them
based on features alone. In some cases, this type of firearm cannot be legally transferred
without meeting certain physical feature requirements.

If your state, county or local laws restrict AR possession, it may affect your ability to receive
one. Contact your state or local authorities or a local FFL dealer to confirm legality in your
area or contact Rifleman Consulting for assistance.

All sales will be conducted via transfer through a current FFL dealer and must comply with
federal, state and local laws

                                           Small Receiver ARs:

Eastern Predator Carbine: 3/4 to 1 MOA accuracy and ease of portability, 16"
barrel, fire-lapped

Varmint-Match Rifle: 1/2 to 3/4 MOA accuracy, 18" to 20" barrel, fire-lapped

Hoplite: General purpose carbine, 5.5 pounds (unloaded), built with minimal
component size in mind to provide maximum portability
