The Varmint/Match variant (pictured below) is intended for serious accuracy pursuits and generally features an 18" or 20" free floated, match barrel, match trigger and 1/2 to 3/4 MOA accuracy, depending on barrel, trigger and other options. |
My philosophy in building the Citizen Arms line is that a custom rifle should be more than just a batch of features. In addition to being built to exacting customer specifications, it should deliver downrange performance that exceeds the many package rifles currently available. It takes attention to detail in assembly, fitting & accurizing as well as real-world competence in their use to consistently build ARs to this standard. My custom guns are built from the ground up to be reliable, accurate and functional, one rifle at a time. I select and hand fit quality components, using my own accurization techniques to yield firearms that far surpass traditional out-of-the-box performance. I use stripped receivers from proven manufacturers as the foundations, and build outward from there. No upper or lower receiver "kits" are used (unless specifically requested); all rifles and carbines are built from raw components to better influence fit and function. Before any Citizen Arms product ever touches the customer's hands, I personally test fire it for reliability and accuracy; meeting my high expectations for both. I apply lessons learned from my military R&D experience to test and evaluate all firearms realistically. Each rifle is built knowing that someone may stake the their life on it and nothing leaves my shop until I know it will perform as needed, when needed. Whether you're looking for a sporting arm for hunting, home defense, predator control, competition or target shooting, I can build an AR to meet most needs. Though calibers other than .223 Rem/5.56 NATO and .308 Win are possible, parts availability can be spotty. I don't build "stock" rifles and carbines, but if you have a stock gun that needs improvement, I'll upgrade or accurize it to meet your needs. In order to streamline the order process, I've created a simple order form that allows you to select or request the features you desire. Once your request is received, I'll send you the interactive order form, which allows you to see sample components to help with option choices. Once the completed form is returned and processed, you'll receive a price and time quote. Because the AR market is in a constant state of flux, pricing on specific items changes regularly and availability changes every minute. Certain options may extend delivery time. All custom guns are variations of my Eastern Predator (EP) carbines and Varmint-Match (VM) rifles. EP Models (pictured at left ) are by far the most popular model. While built to suit the customer, EP models generally carry 16" barrels, match triggers and achieve 3/4 to 1 MOA accuracy at 100 yards, depending on barrel choice and configuration.
